Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Install, service, and repair appliances, building fixtures, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electrical and communication systems
• diagnose common mechanical and structural issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• inspect buildings and grounds
• complete repairs in compliance with New York State Building Code and NFPA Life Safety Code
• paint, maintain grounds, remove snow, and document work.
