What you'll do

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse, prepare schedules, supervise the team, provide training and coaching, monitor work quality, demonstrate understanding of company quality policy, adhere to the GXO 7S program, communicate with leadership and other departments, implement continuous improvement action plans, and maintain a clean environment.
