The coordinator helps move projects from concept through onsite execution by organizing schedules, logistics, vendors, budgets, and deliverables. The role supports producers and creative teams in delivering well-coordinated experiences for clients, sponsors, and event audiences.

What you'll do

• Support planning and execution of live events, activations, hospitality programs, and campaigns
• maintain schedules, trackers, run-of-show documents, and recaps
• coordinate venues, vendors, equipment, transportation, staffing, permits, and credentials
• organize proposals and invoices
• track expenses and budgets
• communicate updates
• coordinate shipments and creative materials
• support onsite setup, rehearsals, execution, breakdown, and reconciliation
• and flag risks or scheduling conflicts.
