The role exists to provide patient-focused service and education while ensuring accurate, secure, and compliant dispensary transactions. It is cross-trained across intake, patient advising, fulfillment, patient services, sales-floor support, surveillance, and housekeeping functions.

What you'll do

• Greet and register patients, caregivers, and visitors
• verify access and log visits in the state tracking system
• process transactions and verify purchase limits
• fulfill online orders and respond to order inquiries
• answer patient calls and provide product information
• direct patients within the facility
• monitor surveillance systems and inspect the premises
• maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment.
