What you'll do

• Coordinate support for psychiatrists, physician assistants, and advanced practice registered nurses
• complete documentation within organizational time frames
• take vitals and maintain accurate medication histories
• perform genetic testing, educate patients, submit tests, and follow up on results
• welcome and prepare clients for appointments
• take medical histories
• assist providers with direct care and administrative tasks
• manage calls and messages, document interactions, and support medication orders, refills, and prior authorizations.
