The trainee will learn to operate company tools and vehicles while working toward the Safelite SafeTech certification to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What you'll do

• Participate in hands-on and classroom training for auto glass installation and repair.
• Perform recalibration of automotive safety systems and diagnostic testing.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation using mobile technology.
• Operate company and customer vehicles safely.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and perform additional duties as assigned.
