The role contributes to consistent property operations and team development across assigned portfolios and buildings.

What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop property management teams
• guide property managers in resolving operational issues
• uphold performance standards and conduct annual audits with action plans. Support contract, accounting, SOC I, vendor, inspection, tenant, client, and capital project processes. Lead property transitions
• review budgets and CAM reconciliations
• support hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and succession planning
• maintain client relations
• assume direct property management duties as needed
• assist with business development and serve on the assigned city or regional leadership team.

Why this role

Requires 10+ years of commercial property management experience and leadership experience at GM or VP level. Bachelor’s degree and CPM or RPA designation (or in progress) are preferred.
