The designer develops interior concepts, selections, specifications, presentations, and construction documents for projects. By coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary project teams and maintaining design intent and documentation quality, the role helps deliver functional, aesthetic spaces on schedule.

What you'll do

• Develop interior designs through space planning, finish and furnishing selections, and specifications
• produce design presentations and construction documents using CAD/BIM software
• track project details, communications, timelines, and deadlines
• collaborate with stakeholders to maintain design intent and owner specifications
• coordinate design work and electronic documentation
• perform quality-control reviews
• assist with procurement, installations, shop drawing and submittal reviews, contractor requests for information, and field reports
• provide drafting support to Architectural or Structural Teams as needed.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program and 3+ years of directly related experience. Intermediate experience with AutoCAD, 3-D programs, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and office software is required.
