PM Dietary Aide

The PM Dietary Aide role is onsite in Willmar, MN, supporting evening meal service. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Prepare and serve evening meals according to menus and resident diet orders
• ensure meals are accurate and on time
• follow portion sizes and therapeutic diet guidelines
• check and document food temperatures
• follow sanitation and food safety requirements
• wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas
• respond to resident requests
• communicate meal concerns or resident needs to nursing staff
• assist coworkers and participate in department meetings and education.
