What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• follow site security procedures and emergency response protocols
• conduct unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or hazards
• document patrols and incidents
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.
