What you'll do

• Transport residents to medical appointments, community events, and scheduled activities
• confirm appointments and transportation needs with providers
• coordinate schedules and communicate arrangements with residents, families, and staff
• assist residents entering and exiting vehicles safely
• keep the vehicle clean, safe, and prepared
• follow safety procedures and facility policies
• maintain transportation records and schedules
• complete clerical duties related to transfers and discharges as needed
• provide courteous, respectful service.
