What you'll do

• Manage job costing in DASH and QuickBooks
• maintain accounting, computer, and financial records in conjunction with a CPA
• manage daily franchise operations as needed when the owner is unavailable
• establish working relationships with customers, insurance carriers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents, and coworkers
• collect business information
• request and maintain subcontractor workplace-safety certificates and insurance coverage
• enter timesheets and process payroll
• assist other team members and departments.
