Job overview

What you'll do

• Maintain Excel spreadsheets, workshop trackers, job and inventory records, and electronic and physical files
• pull and document inventory
• assist with sourcing and tracking parts, reports, data entry, and general workshop administration
• follow up on outstanding information and communicate with workshop staff, management, vendors, and other departments.
