What you'll do

• Greet customers
• prepare dining tables and complete side work
• take food and beverage orders accurately
• know menu choices and specials
• manage table assignments and seating
• suggest food and drinks and communicate needs to cooks
• pour wine tableside
• record revenue and accept payments
• perform basic cleaning
• assist with special events if needed
• answer the telephone
• maintain positive working relationships
• bus tables and assist with dishes, kitchen preparation, or plating if necessary.
