What you'll do

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents
• develop case strategies with litigation teams
• conduct depositions, witness interviews, and discovery
• prepare and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts
• communicate with clients about case developments and strategy
• negotiate settlements when appropriate
• assist with business development and manage deadlines.
