What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act, practitioner orders, and client care plans
• maintain and document client orders and changes
• provide personal care, monitoring, medication administration, client teaching, emergency intervention, and specialized pediatric services as applicable
• collaborate with the client’s care team
• promote a safe environment
• participate in care coordination and agency meetings as requested.
