• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, boilers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, wallboard, and paint
• complete work orders and equipment readings
• respond to tenant requests
• inspect the property
• maintain equipment and work areas
• respond to emergencies
• report hazards and inventory needs
• maintain required certifications.
