Technical Program Manager, M&A Integration

The Technical Program Manager, M&A Integration is an onsite role in Austin, TX, paying $95–$100 per hour. The role supports the client’s Enterprise Technology & Business Platforms team in coordinating post-acquisition technology integration. The program manager leads planning and execution across IT operations and infrastructure, business applications, and data and analytics engineering. The work brings acquired companies onto the client’s systems, platforms, and processes on schedule and with minimal business disruption, while establishing repeatable integration playbooks for future acquisitions.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end technology integration plan, interim-state operations, and target-state cutover
• coordinate IT operations and infrastructure, business applications, and data and analytics workstreams
• facilitate cross-functional sessions and manage dependencies
• track risks, issues, budgets, and milestones
• report status to integration leadership and executive sponsors
• partner with corporate development, HR, finance, and security
• develop repeatable playbooks and templates.
