What you'll do

• Coordinate daily dental office activities, patient scheduling, appointment management, and patient flow. Address patient concerns and explain treatment plans, financial details, and post-care instructions. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff. Oversee billing, coding, insurance verification, collections, accounts receivable, budgets, and financial reporting. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, and other applicable requirements
• oversee confidential patient records. Develop patient outreach, recall, marketing, and practice growth strategies.
