• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations
• conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments

• develop and deliver safety training programs
• maintain safety records and documentation
• coordinate emergency response procedures
• manage hazardous waste and chemical handling
• support workers' compensation programs
• track safety metrics
• participate in facility reviews.
