What you'll do

• Make appointments on customer portals
• communicate delivery status with Customer Service
• coordinate with the transportation partner on load creation and carrier assignment
• run reports to update transportation tools
• cover weekends according to the on-call schedule
• follow health, safety, food-safety, GMP, and GHK procedures
• complete other assigned tasks.
