Client Care Coordinator — Physical Therapy Front Desk

What you'll do

• Greet clients
• answer calls, texts, and emails
• explain visit expectations and next steps
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• process payments and explain billing
• maintain the front desk and lobby
• protect client privacy
• coordinate with clinicians and the Operations Manager
• follow up with clients who miss or pause visits.
