What you'll do

• Complete nursing assessments and validate assessment data
• identify and respond to changes in medical or psychiatric status
• oversee patient care and acute presentations
• administer medications and evaluate responses
• educate patients
• document care in the EMR
• guide behavioral health staff and LPNs
• collaborate with therapists, admissions, and leadership
• participate in shift reports, rounds, and treatment meetings
• support safety planning and discharge coordination.
