What you'll do

• Prepare and process invoices using job and contract information
• support AIA, progressive, and milestone billing
• review purchase orders with project managers and sales staff
• process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts
• enter financial transactions in Vision
• maintain organized invoice, contract, job, and correspondence files.

Why this role
