Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Williamsport, PA, serving clients in Ulster and surrounding communities. Pay is $11–$13 per hour. EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical home care to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The aide provides support according to each client’s care plan, which may include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders. Assignments are matched to client needs, caregiver availability, qualifications, location, and ability to travel.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, hygiene, and dressing assistance
• support mobility and incontinence needs
• offer companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• run errands and provide approved transportation
• provide medication reminders
• follow individualized care plans and communicate with clients and the care team.
