What you'll do

• Produce cast urethane components
• operate and maintain molding equipment
• calculate ratio levels for weight checks
• clean mix-head components
• monitor fluid transfer, levels, and durometer
• record production, materials, and labor
• inspect parts
• perform deflashing and hand batching
• report repair needs
• prepare special orders for research and engineering
• and support equipment, process, and safety training.
