What you'll do

• Generate and document qualified traffic and inquiries
• plan and implement marketing events
• use social media and other online sources
• visit competing properties and prepare reports
• manage application paperwork and compliance processes
• take applications and collect documentation
• submit and review credit and criminal screenings
• process applications with the compliance partner
• prepare move-ins
• work toward 100% occupancy by the transition deadline
• review applications, certifications, and supporting financial documents
• maintain client relations with site staff
• identify and report irregularities
• follow procedures, guidelines, and performance standards.
