Assistant Operations Manager — Out-of-Home Advertising

The Assistant Operations Manager role is onsite in New York, NY, with normal Monday–Friday office hours and occasional night or weekend work as needed. Pay is $67,000–$70,000 per year. Vector Media delivers out-of-home and mobility marketing campaigns across more than 50 markets. The role supports day-to-day operations for national advertising programs by coordinating personnel, subcontractors, installations, removals, maintenance, and materials. It helps campaigns execute safely and to standard while keeping operations, sales teams, vendors, and clients aligned.

What you'll do

• Manage, train, and support local operations staff and subcontractors
• coordinate installation and removal of advertising graphics
• oversee installations, activations, and charter events
• travel to worksites locally, regionally, and domestically
• review installations in person and by photo
• maintain operational records and campaign updates
• coordinate inventory holds and removals
• audit displays and fixtures
• maintain safe work sites and vehicles
• support the National Operations Manager.
