The Operations Manager is responsible for executing shift management, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and managing cash handling to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

• Execute restaurant operations functions.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Execute shift management according to operations and safety standards.
• Use required tools and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Deploy crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance.
