What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate assistant managers, shift leaders, and team members

• ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• manage scheduling, forecasting, inventory, and labor, food, and supply costs
• analyze financial reports and budgets
• oversee cash handling, banking, and loss prevention
