What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director, Venues Director, and Events Director
• serve as an information source for the team
• coordinate food and beverage projects, events, and processes
• maintain department records
• distribute training materials for new hires
• organize administrative systems and procedures
• liaise with Sales, Catering, Executive Office, and Talent & Culture
• follow department and safety policies.
