What you'll do

• Identify and capture premium casino guests
• review credit reports for creditworthiness
• assist with and participate in player development events
• support casino marketing revenue and income goals
• meet monthly production, sales, event participation, and telemarketing goals
• build one-on-one guest relationships
• resolve guest complaints and escalate concerns as appropriate
• explain casino games, marketing events, promotions, and Wynn Rewards
• arrange guest reservations, transportation, and accommodations
• follow comp and expense guidelines.
