Joint Venture Associate – Real Estate Transactions

What you'll do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate real estate joint venture agreements, LLC operating agreements, and partnership frameworks
• develop capital stacks, preferred equity arrangements, distribution waterfalls, buy-sell provisions, and governance mechanics
• work with senior team members on tax-efficient deal structures
• participate directly in client calls and negotiations with institutional partners, developers, and private equity sponsors.
