What you'll do

• Promote apartment communities and conduct tours
• implement outreach campaigns and manage online listings and social media
• screen applicants, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins, and maintain lease documentation
• build resident relationships and support renewals
• convert leads and generate prospects
• maintain records and assist with reporting, renewals, resident files, and compliance
• drive locally for property-management business.
