What you'll do

• Follow proprietary recipes and cake-production methods
• use measuring instruments, mixers, ovens, and other bakery tools
• prepare ingredients and equipment
• bake and monitor cakes
• package and store products
• follow product-rotation standards and maintain baking and refrigeration logs
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• learn the Froster position to assist bakery scheduling.
