What you'll do

• Provide workstation software break-fix support
• perform PC installs, moves, adds, and changes
• load images
• recover and tag assets
• support printers and the client tech bar
• update IT service management records
• perform other client support duties as needed to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction.
