The Behavior Consultant is an onsite, full-time contractor role based in Fort Wayne, IN. This role exists to help clients identify and address problem behaviors through the creation and implementation of Functional Assessments and Behavior Support Plans. - Complete behavioral consultation with clients, family members, and treatment teams.
- Complete Functional Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
- Attend and participate in team meetings.
- Maintain current client files.
- Complete daily progress notes and monthly reports.
