Counter Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Engage customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
• recommend plumbing and HVAC products
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• locate parts using catalogs and systems
• process transactions
• coordinate with outside sales
• manage special orders and follow up on order status
• assist with inventory and stock organization
• follow safety requirements.
