What you'll do

• Manage complex immigration cases, including removal defense, asylum, humanitarian relief, detention litigation, waivers, and family- or employment-based matters
• develop case strategy and preserve issues for appeal
• analyze and challenge government positions where warranted
• conduct client consultations
• prepare and review filings and briefs
• represent clients before agencies and, where applicable, immigration court
• maintain case files and communicate progress.
