What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles
• perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and advanced diagnostics
• address engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• perform Ford recalls and warranty repairs when applicable
• complete Ford Multi-Point Inspections
• provide photos and videos with inspections and recommendations
• communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department
• complete repair orders and technician notes
• follow Ford procedures and dealership processes
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
