What you'll do

• Review front-office accounting records
• track room revenue and occupancy
• summarize cash, check, and card activity
• post and verify guest charges
• process vouchers and transfers
• check department coding
• verify transaction documentation
• prepare next-day reservations
• perform check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls
• balance daily charges
• respond to guest requests and complaints.
