What you'll do

• Analyze daily inventory reports and determine order quantities
• select and buy products based on procurement programs, quality, vendor partnerships, and promotions
• coordinate sales, gross margin, inventory turns, and costs
• manage merchandise strategies for assigned categories
• evaluate vendors and negotiate product costs
• maintain vendor relationships
• assist with rebate reconciliation and vendor claims
• follow food safety and quality practices.
