What you'll do

• Practice within nursing standards
• assess residents during rounds and monitor acute conditions
• provide skilled nursing care
• administer medications and treatments
• preserve residents’ rights
• communicate with supervisors, coworkers, physicians, residents, families, and visitors
• accept accountability for assigned residents’ clinical care.
