What you'll do

• Support Windows and Mac computers and peripherals through phone, email, remote tools, and onsite assistance
• administer macOS and Apple integration
• install, configure, upgrade, and repair endpoint systems
• deploy updates and patches
• troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and AI tools
• manage ServiceNow tickets and reporting
• maintain asset and configuration records
• recommend technology improvements
• provide remote support to other locations
• participate in help desk rotation and after-hours or weekend support as required.
