What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, gather information, set appointments, show apartments, prepare quotes, secure deposits, and assist with applications and credit verification
• follow tax credit requirements
• prepare new and renewal lease paperwork
• deliver renewal letters
• review resident files and accounting records
• communicate outstanding balances and follow collection procedures
• assist with resident activities and newsletters.
