Technical Account Manager

Job overview

The Technical Account Manager role is hybrid, with three days in the office at CloudShare’s downtown Denver location. Compensation is a $100,000 annual base salary plus a 10% bonus. CloudShare provides virtual hands-on labs for enterprise software demos, training, proofs of concept, onboarding, and certifications. The role guides enterprise customers through onboarding, product adoption, account optimization, and expansion. It combines technical problem-solving and relationship management to support customer retention and growth while sharing customer feedback and account-health insights with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage strategic customer accounts
• identify and resolve product adoption issues
• support retention and account growth goals
• create customer playbooks with senior leadership and customer success teams
• capture and communicate customer feedback
• provide customer expertise and training
• improve internal processes
• track account health and use analytics to identify trends.
