Operations Support Coordinator

Job overview

The Operations Support Coordinator works onsite in Elkhart, IN. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The role supports Airxcel’s daily operations and reports to the Director of Operations. The coordinator manages backorder requests, responds to sales inquiries, and maintains operational reporting and records. By coordinating across production, planning, purchasing, shipping, and customer service, the role helps resolve order issues and keep customers and internal teams informed.

What you'll do

• Track backorder requests through resolution
• coordinate order status updates across departments
• prepare and distribute reports
• respond to emails from sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams
• serve as a contact for sales inquiries
• research order, inventory, backorder, and shipment issues
• monitor open orders and communicate delays
• maintain system data and records
• identify trends and improvement opportunities
• support operational projects and meeting preparation.
