The Business Systems Analyst role is onsite in Woburn, MA, with annual compensation of $109,600–$137,200. Boston Metal’s mission is to transform how metals are made and reduce carbon emissions in the steel value chain. The role exists to improve productivity, communication, and business processes through systems administration and optimization. Working with the IT Manager and cross-functional teams, the analyst supports NetSuite, SharePoint, and SolidWorks PDM workflows, integrations, documentation, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Improve productivity and communication through business systems
• collaborate with engineering, operations, research and development, supply chain, business development, and HR to evaluate procedures
• document approved changes
• configure and optimize NetSuite
• optimize software integrations
• customize SharePoint and administer the intranet with functional teams.
