What you'll do

• Monitor wells, production equipment, tanks, separators, pumps, and related facilities
• perform well checks and record production data
• identify abnormal conditions and troubleshoot equipment
• perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• coordinate with field supervisors, maintenance personnel, and contractors
• monitor tank levels
• assist with startups, shutdowns, and production optimization
• maintain safe, organized sites
• respond to alarms and field issues
• and mentor less-experienced personnel. The schedule may include weekends, holidays, on-call responsibilities, emergency response, and local travel between well sites.
