The Loss Prevention Supervisor role is onsite in Miami Beach, FL. Pay is $21 per hour. The National Hotel’s loss prevention program supports a safe and secure environment for hotel guests, employees, and property. The supervisor oversees day-to-day loss prevention, staff training, investigations, and emergency preparedness. The role maintains security procedures and incident records while coordinating safety and response activities across the hotel.

What you'll do

• Ensure guest, employee, and property safety
• secure hotel areas
• investigate theft, lost items, disturbances, injuries, and complaints
• coordinate emergency procedures and staff training
• develop and enforce loss prevention procedures
• maintain incident reports, shift logs, and daily activity reports
• manage hotel keys and key logs
• inspect facilities
• monitor receiving areas
• coordinate safety meetings and security staff activities.

Why this role

Requires two to three years of management security or loss prevention experience, current CPR certification, and First Aid training. The supervisor must be contactable at all times and respond to hotel emergencies.
